We have been a customer of Widedata for several years now. They installed our phone system and handle our IT work with our computer network at our office. Can’t say enough about their great customer service. Always fast to respond to any request for help and check in on us periodically to make sure we are doing ok. They will walk us through issues first on the phone to see if something simple that we can fix , and can remote in to our system to fix things after hours as well.
Makes it very painless on our end to get issues fixed ASAP.
Being in the service business ourselves, we hold our vendors to the same customer service standards that our own customers value, and they get an A+.
